ZillowVERIFIED Do not use this team unless you like to be lied to and ignored. We are supposed to be ending our due diligence today and had several critical negotiation items for the sellers. However, Castro Real Estate Team could not be bothered to reach out to us in anticipation of due diligence ending or even to respond to our calls or text messages. Now we risk being locked in to a contract without the ability to negotiate.

ZillowVERIFIED It was alright. I felt like I was bothering her most of the time. I found the home and the offer that she wanted us to make I told her no we can not do that and she said she didnt think they will accept the offer I was comfortable with but they did.Also Its just so strange to me that she never once has checked in with us after closing to make sure that everything was good. When we sold another home our realtor checked in with us every so often and years later still does. I have realtor friends that give gifts to their clients to welcome them in to their new home and we didnt even get a phone call to say welcome to your new home.
