Thank You Steve! Steve is a consummate professional! Steve made selling our family home of 51 years an easy experience. We confirm that Steve was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. Our sale had no contingencies, no up front costs or fees and sold 100% as is. We are extremely pleased to highly recommend Steve McCarrik to sell your property.

There is a reason Steve is number 1 real estate agent in Saratoga! We met Steve at an open house years ago. He impressed us with his knowledge and professionalism, so we kept an eye on him, in case we ever needed to sell our house. We moved out of state a few years ago. At the time we were wondering if we should sell the house and reinvest in a property in the state we would be living. He advised us to keep the California property and rent it, because the properties in the new state would not appreciate in value nearly as much. He could have easily sold our house at that point, but put our interest first. We were finally ready for a new chapter and Steve recently sold our house in Saratoga. Even in this market, he helped us navigate all the pitfalls, advised us on the best decisions to make, and dealt with preparing the property, since we were not there. Without his guidance, our property probably would not have sold so quickly, or at the price we received. He guided us with our best interest at heart and dealt with the potential buyers with curtesy and professionalism. Steve and his team were always available, and responded to all our requests immediately. We could not have been happier with his performance or more grateful for his service. We recommend him without hesitation!

Steve is Saratogas top agent for a reason: he is superb. When Steve sold my fathers home in Saratoga's Golden Triangle, the results were unmistakableaEUR"his experience and judgment made all the difference. He identified the right amount of fix-up (not too much), recommended the list price (lower than we expected), generated tremendous traffic (>100 in one weekend), garnered multiple offers (5), and most importantly, he managed the final negotiations masterfully. He obtained a final price well above our expectations. He and his team are friendly and easy to work with, and relentless in doing their best for the client. If you are selling a property in Saratoga, you will not find anyone more capable. Highly recommended.

Steve is exceptional. Our home sold almost immediately, as-is and well over list price. His expertise in Saratoga, knowledge, professionalism and affable nature make him such a pleasure to work with. He has my absolute highest recommendation. Thank you Steve.
