We moved out of state, leaving our Saratoga house as is and Steve facilitated the stagers, minor repair work, yard work, cleaning and preparing the house for market. Then, after two weeks on the market, we had a water leak in our laundry room and most of the first floor flooded. Luckily, Steve had popped in to check on the home and caught it or the damage would have been much worse. We took the house off the market to make repairs.
