Vivian was wonderful to work with and had a great understanding of what we were looking for. She was also very knowledgeable about the real estate market and how the bidding process would play out. As a first time buyer she made everything super easy and non-intimidating!

Rabia was exactly the kind of realtor I needed for a complex sale. I was remote and had a lot going on, so I needed someone who could take ownership of the process, reduce stress, and handle the details without constant prompting. Rabia did that exceptionally well. She coordinated the repairs, cleanup, staging, inspections, disclosures, open houses, and offer strategy with real discipline. Whenever an issue came up, she either had a clear recommendation or simply took care of it. That made the process feel much more manageable from a distance. What stood out most was how she handled a setback after our first buyer backed out. She stayed calm, kept the process moving, and helped us recover quickly rather than letting the situation become stressful or reactive. The final result was strong, with the home selling over asking. Just as important, Rabia made the process feel organized, professional, and low-drama. I would recommend her to anyone selling in Sunnyvale or the South Bay who wants an experienced agent with strong project-management skills and sound judgment.

Rabia Alizai (Compass) is an exceptional realtor and true professional. From the first meeting, she clearly explained the entire selling process and set the right expectations. She handled every step on time, coordinated smoothly with the title company, and ensured HOA dues/ownership transfer was done correctly. She also credited the staging fee back without me having to remind heraEUR"showing strong integrity. Even after closing, she followed up and reminded me about parcels sent to my previous address. Very caring, thorough, and reliable. Highly recommend Rabia for anyone in Sunnyvale or the Bay Area. aEUR"Pudur Ramaswamy

I can't thank Vivian enough for her help selling my home. I was so impressed by her visionaEUR"she has such good taste and guided me on exactly how to design the space to attract the right buyers. She made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. Its clear she has a wealth of experience, and it really paid off in the final sale.

We've now bought two houses with Bill, most recently on Big Basin Way, and both times he was outstanding. He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and always worked in our best interest. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and made what can be a stressful process feel smooth and well-managed. You can tell he genuinely cares about his clients, not just closing the deal. We wouldn't hesitate to work with him again and highly recommend him to anyone buying a home. aEUR" Selvi & Vik
