Shaun sets the bar for real estate agents. Shaun was happy to look for properties at my pace. When I wanted to start casually looking we did and when I was ready to seriously commit to a purchase he was ready to go. He took the time to listen to what I needed and offered advice on what to look for.Hes quick to respond and works hard to get the best results. When we found the home that caught my eye within an hour we had reviewed it and set up an appointment see it. Within 48 hours of viewing the property we had negotiated with the seller to lower the price and my offer was accepted. Shauns honesty, expertise, determination, caring disposition, friendly personality, and relentless work ethic make him the best. His team is no different. Shaun was our agent when we were selling my parents home, recently.With my parents being elderly, I was appointed to do most of the leg work to accomplish the sale. My wife and I were first time home buyers and relatively new to the area. We were fortunate to be paired with Shaun through a real estate rewards network. From the first contact with Shaun he demonstrated himself to be a true professional and knowledgeable in his craft. He regularly made and kept appointments with us to view homes at all times of the day to meet our schedules. If at anytime there was a question on a home Shaun would be extremely responsive in getting us answers from early in the morning to late in the evening. After visiting a few homes Shaun became aware of what the family and I were looking for in a home and was able to tactfully advise against seeing some homes on our list. I have no doubt this saved us hours out of the day and potential headaches in the purchasing process. After about 6 weeks of home searching we went into escrow. Though we werent keeping appointments or asking questions on multiple homes, Shaun and his team remained responsive and knowledgeable. Shaun helped to relieve much, if not all, of the anxiety that comes from a first time home purchase. Through the escrow processes I was educated by Shaun on each individual step and given regular status updates.
