ZillowVERIFIED Rachel represented me as I was selling the condo and I had a top tier, quality experience that I was not aware could be had selling a property. Rachel not only suggested a few minor projects that drastically increased the asking price, not only provided skilled and knowledgeable contractors to get the projects completed with quality workmanship and professionalism but also explained the entire situation and process for doing the painting, concrete cleaning, wood polishing and buffing, washing the walls and ceilings just before the open house and even the specific interior decorations that she provided. The actual final sales price was almost 100k more than the original discussed asking price once Rachel had dialed in the condo to her exquisite standards. This is in addition to litigation involving the HOA property management company and groups of homeowners being on going during sales duration, Rachel kept all parties engaged and informed so the sale was completed and was done correctly. The escrow time duration doubled from the original requested time frame and through diligence and perseverance Rachel kept the buyer engaged and interested even as the VA condo approval for the complex expired and the lawyers representing the HOA and property management company became unresponsive. Rachel is not just highly recommended by myself and the buyers but I don't know of any other realtor that I would consider representing me when I purchase my next property. 5 stars is not enough for the level of dedication the work accomplished, her professionalism and dedication. If you are using any other realtor you should reconsider your choice and let Rachel Turner become the realtor you trust and will use for as long as she's available represent and be a Realtor.

While she was helping me paint, caulk, declutter personal items, so its a neutral stage for buyers, helped me purge & personally brought to Goodwill usable items, she also sent me links for potential places where I can relocate as I downsize. We fell in love with a house Rachel was listing and after seeing it several times during her open houses, we decided to use Rachel as our agent. We were a little nervous to have an agent that would be represent both the seller and us as a buyer, but we ended up being very satisfied with having Rachel represent both sides. She was professional, knowledgeable, and knew how to manage a team to work quickly and efficiently to satisfy our needs and close escrow on time. We re-hired our home inspector to come back to the house for a second look and check to make sure the house has been fixed to high standards before closing escrow, and he advised us that our agent did a great job and it was fixed to a standard that he claimed was the best he has ever seen. Most importantly, Rachel is very responsive, you can reach her via cell or text very quickly. I was most impressed when even after our house closed, she was very supportive in every way. She helped us answer all our questions regarding the house and when our pool pump broke and the home insurance didnt want to fix it, she called them herself and helped us get a new pool pump.Rachel is knowledgeable, knows how to manage staff to quickly and thoroughly complete repairs, and has her staff hold open houses every weekend both Sat and Sun. I said yes and I told her that I am putting 40% down. She than said do you have the pre-qual letter with you and I said no, I have it at home. She than said in order for me to see the home I have to have it. I could believe what she was saying. I even asked her if she is serious and she said yes. The home is only $450,000!!! I told her that I will have another agent show me the home and hanged up. She than called me and said that if I want to be like this, she can't work with me. I said don't ever Call me again!!! Please don't work with this agent!! She doesn't care about you. She only cares about her commission. Obviously the agents have to make sure that you qualify, but not the way she puts it. She is all about the money and doesn't care about who you are and what your needs are. Do yourself a favor and find a qualified agent!!

We talked for a little bit and although that house wasn't really what I was looking for, she promised she would send me information on some homes that were better suited to my tastes and price range. Sure enough, that same evening I received an e-mail from her with information on several homes in nearby neighborhoods. She found times that were convenient for me and showed me around to each of those homes and several more. She made the experience personalized and showed a great deal of knowledge about the local real estate market which made it surprising for me to learn she had only been an agent for a few months.
