I worked with David's team in 2025 during a very difficult seller's market. David and his team were always professional, communicative and easy to work with. His actions show he always puts the client first. List with David. You won't regret it.

I cant recommend David Abarta highly enough. His wife, Anna, helped us purchase our Tahoe home, and David recently helped me sell itaEUR"both transactions were truly seamless. David knows the Tahoe market incredibly well and was knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and thoughtful throughout the entire process. He gave great advice, communicated clearly, and helped me navigate the negotiations while always keeping my best interests in mind. Selling this home had personal significance for me, and I especially appreciated Davids kindness and sensitivity throughout the process. I'm incredibly grateful to both David and Anna and wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone buying or selling in Tahoe.

John was a terrific partner and advisor throughout our real estate journey. He helped us find a property that wasnt even on the market yet and skillfully guided us through the purchase process He was incredibly patient on the sale of our previous property. He was quick to respond and kept us in the loop on every detail. We cannot think of one suggestion to add to the service of John and his first class team.

Knowlegeable, responsive, well-connected to local services, John was a blessing for us when we sold my parent's property in Tahoe Donner. He and Amanda made the process about as easy as it could be and moved the property quickly in an uncertain market. HIGHLY recommend!

John Biebl was a delight to work with in selling our vacation home. He provided comprehensive information relative to the process, provided regular updates regarding visitations by those visiting the house, arranged for professionals to address inspections and necessary repairs, and provide counsel and guidance in regard to all faucets on the transaction. We would highly recommend engaging the services of Mr. Biebl when either purchasing or selling a home in the Northern Lake Tahoe or Truckee region.
