She gave us incredible insight into the process, the market, and the possible outcomes. I felt like she really cared about our goals for our home and worked so hard to find us one that fit! She was transparent about negotiations and didnt beat around the bush. I believe this helped us secure a great deal! She also had great recommendations for home improvement specialists, lenders, and inspection agents, too, which helped us budget accordingly during negotiations. We are currently living out of state so I was nervous my husband and I would have to fly out a bunch to look at houses in person before finding what we liked. That wasnt the case! Erin is such a great Broker to have on your side. We recently sold our home and she was very confident and incredibly knowledgeable about the market, real estate trends, and has a very effective team she works with, as well. Whenever a small hiccup would arise she would immediately take initiative and have a plan before even contacting us, and with our consent and confirmation she called around and searched for quotes to replace our roof, she had contact with our homeowners insurance to take care of the details, and handled the issues flawlessly. If you have bought/sold a home you know how very stressful it can be, especially when things like this pop up, but I was extremely impressed with her actions and it definitely took a lot of stress off of my shoulders so that I was able to continue focusing on life. We will begin searching for our new home and are already working with her and the Mortgage Broker shes partnered with - they are an impressive team helping with our real estate need as well as assisting with our financial needs in order to set us up for success - they really know the ins and outs of real estates!
