ZillowVERIFIED I am an out-of-town buyer who wanted something in Park City but didnt really know the local market. I was referred to Lynn Butterfield by a friend. I met with Lynn and I immediately knew he was an knowledgeable realtor simply by the questions he asked me. We decided I should use a combination of Zillow and occasional listings he would send me to learn more about the local market. Lynn never pressured me and was always available to answer any questions and provide an insight he may hold. When I finally found a property I wanted, Lynn was very responsive. In the current market speed matters and Lynn worked with the sellers agent on a Saturday night and Sunday to get the home under contract. From there, Lynn provided mgmt companies, repair pros, cleaning companies, utility lists, a mortgage broker...everything a buyer needs. ALL of these folks have been very friendly, service-oriented people and a great extension of Lynn. I would highly recommend Lynn Butterfield and his team without reservation!

Lynn is a bit more like working with a competent real estate attorney and not just a typical real estate agent. By that I mean that he knows his stuff and makes sure his clients are protected. He treated us like we were the most important client in the world. I felt confident that if any issues might arise with our purchase that he would know how to handle them, and do whatever it takes to make sure we were taken care of, there werent any issues because Lynn anticipated everything and took care of us at every turn. ZillowVERIFIED Lynn is everything you could hope to have in a real estate agent. He takes interest in you as the buyer and listens to what you want to tailor his search in finding the perfect home in the location you want. Also as a first time home buyer, my wife and I were a little nervous testing the waters. He guided my wife and me through the whole process. For example, he advised us to have an home inspection done, which I wouldnt have done before, which ultimately saved us thousands in repairs and upgrades. Small example of things Lynn does to go the extra mile. When the time comes, I will definitely work with him again.

ZillowVERIFIED Mr. Butterfield participates in a veterans program with USAA. USAA gave me three names to choose from. When in 30 minutes Mr. Butterfield had contacted me as USAA had notified him that his name had been recommended to us. Under this program Mr. Butterfield provides a portion of this commission back to the veteran. In the case we will get back from him $1250.00 through USAA. This program also does the same for a veteran buying a home. Lynn was very detailed from the start of the process and had looked at what other homes had sold for and recommended a price to start the listing. He held numerous open houses and baked cookies during the open house to give the house that warm feeling. He also provided a weekly summary of how many people had viewed the listing and based on that we made some adjustments to the selling price. Some of the initial offers were below the asking price and Lynn recommended that we should not except them. In the end we got more for the house than what we had hoped for. We also had an additional hurdle to over come as we left the area during the sale of the house and moved overseas which made the closing process more challenging. Lynn stayed in constant contact with us and insured that we were informed on where we were in the process. We would use Lynn again in the future.
