We recently needed to sell our home in PA, but the only downfall was the fact we were all the way in NC. I called an old friend and asked who we should use. She gave me Lisa Mack's name and number and things couldn't have gone better. Through a few conference calls, we had everything set up. Our house went on the market Saturday. Two days later on Monday evening, Lisa called to say she was telling all the parties interested to have their offers on by Wednesday night. It showed 8 times in the first five days and by Thursday, we had three offers to choose from. We closed just a little over a month later. I attribute all of this to Lisa's knowledge of the market and marketing our property! We couldn't have been happier. And to make it better, we did not have to make the 7 hour trip to closing, we did everything from here in NC.
