ZillowVERIFIED I was an out of town owner with a rental property to sell. Lisa was 100% helpful with the entire process. She helped me with the old tenant's move out, identified the repairs needed to get top dollar for the property, hired the necessary contractors and managed all the repairs. When it was time to actually market the property she correctly identified that the home had gone up in value since we initially started the whole process. On her suggestion we listed the home for $20K more than originally planned, and sold it yet another $5K on top of that. Icing on the cake was an all cash buyer with no contingencies. I would definitely hire Lisa again. She's experienced, knowledgeable and easy to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED We recently needed to sell our home in PA, but the only downfall was the fact we were all the way in NC. I called an old friend and asked who we should use. She gave me Lisa Mack's name and number and things couldn't have gone better. Through a few conference calls, we had everything set up. Our house went on the market Saturday. Two days later on Monday evening, Lisa called to say she was telling all the parties interested to have their offers on by Wednesday night. It showed 8 times in the first five days and by Thursday, we had three offers to choose from. We closed just a little over a month later. I attribute all of this to Lisa's knowledge of the market and marketing our property! We couldn't have been happier. And to make it better, we did not have to make the 7 hour trip to closing, we did everything from here in NC.

Her pricing of the home was right on target; it drew buyers and enabled me to get the price I needed for the property. Lisa was very helpful in making recommendations for competent HVAC repair and an attorney to write up the new deed. She was willing to meet repairmen at the home as I was working and unable to do so. Lisa was very easy to work with, very thorough, respectful of my mom's home (unlike a lot of other realtors were), always very professional, and always kept me up-to-date and informed. Lisa was not only a fantastic realtor, but she went way above and beyond her call to duty. Lisa and her husband did many things to help me out while the house was on the market and I was living in North Carolina. Lisa's husband went to our home and got my daughter's prom dress and mailed it to us so that my daughter could attend the prom at her new high school. Lisa and her husband fixed an issue that was forgotten on the appraisal report. Lisa would go over and make sure the lights were all turned off, because other realtors usually let them on.
