What can I say, I went into the home buying process, not knowing what to expect. I knew it was complicated, I knew it was confusing, but I didn't know much else. That's where Ben comes in, he not only helped me navigate the home buying process, but he explained each and every step and why it was important. He made himself available to answer questions and address concerns, and truly showed he has my back. When it came time for inspections he had a team of extremely knowledgeable people that made the inspection process quick easy and very informative. It took almost 5 months to find the right house, Ben was patient with me and kept reassuring me that this process takes time and not to settle. This is my first home, but definitely not my last home. I plan on using Ben for all future real estate need

Ari is such an amazing resource for all of my real estate questions. He has a super quick response time, strong knowledge of the valley area and has a very cool and laid back energy. He never makes my wants feel dumb or my desires feel too outlandish. We are in the process of finding our dream home. He has found us quite a few beautiful and perfect options and now I really have to sit down and make some final decisions. Who knew there were so many options that could really get checked off my list of requirements. Overall, he is incredibly professional yet highly personable and so easy to work with. We are so lucky to have Ari to help us buying our first property. First, he is not pushing us to rush into any decisions. He showed us a lot of properties but tells us we have every right to be picky and ensuring us that there is no need to rush into anything. He is always available, 7 days a week, day and night. He always responds to our emails and phone calls promptly. He kept close contact with the seller agent and our lender at all times to make sure every detail was taken care of in a timely manner. He gave us updates every single day during our escrow period. The effort and amount of time he spent on each client shows that he really cares for his client!He is also very knowledgeable in real estate transactions. Ari always provides us pros and cons on each property, and strategies to use while making offers or negotiating. We definitely learned from Ari that buying a house is a lot more than just checking around properties and making offers. And he was there to help us analyze options and make the best choices. During negotiations with seller, he fought for our best interests and got us the best deal. He was there for inspection, initial and final escrow signing, and final property walk through. Lots of agents don't even accompany their client at escrow signing. But Ari wanted to help us make sure every little detail was accurate and clear. He reviews all our documents and when he caught mistakes made by seller agents, he insists things get fixed before we sign anything. Overall the experience working with Ari is amazing and beyond expectations. We met lots of agents before we decided to go with Ari. And he proved every step of the way that he was the best person for the job. :)

His experience and knowledge provide such a huge advantage to you, whether you are a seller or buyer! When we first were considering selling our property, we met with Ben. He came prepared with a binder full of information to help us better understand the comps in the area, the estimated closing costs, and a list of reviews. Not only that, but he made it very clear that he was always going to look after us, even if we decided not to use his services in the sale of our property. Who does all that work with no strings attached!? We knew within the first 10 minutes of meeting Ben that he was going to be our guy. Ben helped us sell our home - $100k over asking with over 10 offers in the first few days! He made sure the process was smooth and hassle-free. Ben knows the right people to work with to ensure things are easy and he has amazing relationships with them! As we were finishing up the sale of one house, we fell in love with a house 70 miles away. You know who was the first person we told? Ben. We continued to work with him and are closing on that house early! Again, he made sure we were always taken care of and that the paperwork was always completed the right way and on time.
