I'll be honest - it's hard to find an agent who is looking out for you because their commission check gets bigger the more they can convince you to shell out $$ for your home. But that's not how Ari will treat you. He will always have your best interest at heart.While we watched dozens of other homes get sold for well above asking, Ari helped us get an amazing home under asking price within the first week that the property was listed.He was helpful and communicative throughout the entire process, and made sure all the moving pieces were being taken care of on time. He showed us a lot of properties but tells us we have every right to be picky and ensuring us that there is no need to rush into anything. He is always available, 7 days a week, day and night. He always responds to our emails and phone calls promptly. He kept close contact with the seller agent and our lender at all times to make sure every detail was taken care of in a timely manner. He gave us updates every single day during our escrow period. The effort and amount of time he spent on each client shows that he really cares for his client!He is also very knowledgeable in real estate transactions. Ari always provides us pros and cons on each property, and strategies to use while making offers or negotiating. We definitely learned from Ari that buying a house is a lot more than just checking around properties and making offers. And he was there to help us analyze options and make the best choices. During negotiations with seller, he fought for our best interests and got us the best deal. He was there for inspection, initial and final escrow signing, and final property walk through. Lots of agents don't even accompany their client at escrow signing. But Ari wanted to help us make sure every little detail was accurate and clear. He reviews all our documents and when he caught mistakes made by seller agents, he insists things get fixed before we sign anything. Overall the experience working with Ari is amazing and beyond expectations. We met lots of agents before we decided to go with Ari. And he proved every step of the way that he was the best person for the job. :)

First of all, Ari is a professional full-time real estate agent. He knows every details of the home purchasing process. Second, he works really hard. Every time I asked him a question or asked for some suggestions, he can reply quickly and thoroughly. What is more, he is a very detail and customer driven person. You will never feel he is just viewing some properties with you and trying to let you make the offer soon. He is helping you to find the one that fit your needs.You can easily find a agent that show a property with you. However, it will be really hard to find a good agent that can know your needs better, know the industry better, negotiate the offer with a better price and present you better; and I believe Ari is one of them for sure.

The home buying process can be overwhelming but Ari was always able to explain anything. Any questions we had (and we had a lot) were answered with immediacy and gentleness. He was very knowledgeable and more than willing to go the extra mile to make sure we had all the information we needed. Also noted, we bought during a "seller's market" but Ari was able to negotiate and fine tune our offers so they were more attractive to the seller.
