Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage

Parvin was a delight to work with during our search and purchase of a new property in another state. Her local knowledge was a tremendous help to a couple of relative new comers. Her ability to guide us through our wants and must haves within our budget was a testament to her skill and professionalism. When the purchase process was initiated and eventually completed Parvin was very responsive and her insights were extremely valuable.

Parvin is amazing. We moved from out of state and she was very helpful helping us select a house in an area close to everything we needed. She was patient and really took the time to listen to all of our wants/ needs in a house. When it came time to put an offer on the house she handled everything while we sat back and relaxed. She knows her stuff and I recommend you use her to get the best possible deal when buying a house. She is someone you want in your corner!

This was our 2nd time working with Parvin and she was very committed to the services needed. Even while she was out of town for personal business she was still working the process of selling our home.

Parvin is an excellent partner to help you find a home. She responds immediately when you have questions, she pays attention to your preferences and does her best to suit your needs. Parvin is incredibly patient and worked with me for months to find my home. She protects the interest of her clients throughout the entire process. Parvin is knowledgeable of all aspects of buying an home and goes above and beyond for her clients. I am extremely grateful to her for helping me find my home. Thank you Parvin!

Parvin is exceptional at her work and incredibly dedicated. We were first time home buyers, and Parvin was very patient, knowledgeable, helpful, and responsive. Would highly recommend working with her.
