I first contacted her by email on Easter Sunday morning 2021, having remembered her name from an American flag advertising piece she left at our home a few years prior. She responded by phone THAT evening and we made an appointment to meet. We were looking for a new home that was more senior friendly. She immediately got us out looking and we made 2 offers that were not accepted due to real estate sales being really crazy with bidding wars. I was so discouraged but she knew exactly what we wanted and found us a new construction property that was perfect for us. She guided us through the contract and design process, which being new construction, was new to us. The construction unfortunately took 14 months (Covid) and Parvin kept in touch and kept us updated every step of the way. We finally closed yesterday. If we had it to do all over again we would not change a thing, and Parvin was the key.

ZillowVERIFIED Parvin helped my partner and I sell our current place as well as purchase our new one. Both places were in the North Denver metro area. The process started on a whim when I found a place that was of interest in a neighborhood I had found intriguing. At the time we were not in the market for a place, it was by chance something was found which we were interested in. I called Parvin in the morning and she got us access to tour the new place that very evening. She knew that we did not have immediate placns to move at the time. My partner was torn about the new place and Parvin counciled her about the pros and cons. Parvin was in touch with us regularly, as well as being in constant communication with the listing agent. Communication was free and clear throughout. When the decision was made to make an offer, Parvin wrote into the contract plenty of time so that we could list our place and arrange to move. Which leads us to the listing. The entire process there was done with the same communication and care that subitting an offer had been approached with. We had target dates established for each step of the process and they were all met. Once offers had been submitted we had a sit down conversation to review them and select the one that we were going to go with. Despite the buyers agent being extremely eventful to deal with, Parvin kept the process moving forward and assisted at every step of the way with the counter objections after inspections. While the majority of the asks were very minor, there was a significant finding that required adressed regarding the main sewer line. Parvin was instrumental in finding a contractor, got multiple quotes, and was active in each of their evaluations up to the quote being delivered. Once a plan came together she had to ammend contracts and negotiate with the buyers agent to arrange timelines, put the work into the 2 week move out leadtime, and get the mortgage company to hold funds in escrow to ensure payment of the contractor and prevent a lein. This was no small amount of work and Parvin managed all of it, while never losing focus or stopping communication. The entire experience that we had with Parvin has been great. While real estate can be easy, I have seen Parvin do well under stress and with many different balls in the air on the sale of our place. Thank you Parvin.
