He is professional, attentive, easygoing, very knowledgable, and has an excellent strategic outlook on how to buy and sell homes in competitive markets. We had been searching for a house for about a year in a very competitive market and put in a few offers that had not gone anywhere. We ended up working with Adam because he had beaten us in a very competitive bid on a house and clearly had a strategic way of thinking about house bidding and purchasing that is necessary when most desirable homes are staying on the market for less than a 48 hours. We ended up successfully purchasing our forever home a few weeks later.
