We had been searching for a house for about a year in a very competitive market and put in a few offers that had not gone anywhere. We ended up working with Adam because he had beaten us in a very competitive bid on a house and clearly had a strategic way of thinking about house bidding and purchasing that is necessary when most desirable homes are staying on the market for less than a 48 hours. We ended up successfully purchasing our forever home a few weeks later. Throughout the walkthrough and offer process Adam provided clear guidance and strategy tailored to what we wanted without being pushy. As I look back at the process, I am still in awe of how well it went.. the decision to go to market was long overdue as the kids had grown and flown and 4bed 4 bath was not necessary any longer.. everyone has a few friends that are realtors so they were considered.
