My husband and I found a house on-line through the Trulia website and sent a generic email out for a return contact from a realtor because we were interested in a showing. Jonathan called me less than 30 minutes after I sent the email to set up a showing, which was very impressive. A few other realtors ended up responding but did not do so until the next day or a few days later. He was very eager to help us with anything that we needed. We put an offer in on a house on a Saturday afternoon and he made sure all of the paperwork was completed Saturday night and the offer submitted ASAP. He went above and beyond what we would have expected a realtor to do by sacrificing his Saturday evening to complete this process. He always kept us well informed. Our experience with Jonathan was a pleasant one.

My wife and I just purchased our first home. Jon helped use through the whole process. Because we were new to purchasing a home, he was able to answer all of our tough questions and help us decide what was right for us and our financial situation. I highly recommend Jon to anyone who would like a smooth home buying process and does not want to deal with a pushy Realtor who just wants to get you into a home. He will find what you are looking for and make sure that you get a deal that is right for you.He is super responsive to any questions no matter what form of communication you prefer (phone, text, email, etc.). He was also willing to show us homes that we "thought" we were interested in because we thought they "looked nice". We quickly learned pictures can be deceiving. He showed us what to look for and helped educate us about the real estate market. I look forward to working with Jon when I am looking for my next home or investment property.
