Art has been our agent through two home purchases now. He is a gentleman and a professional and not just with us but with everyone we met and interacted with throughout the process. He had endless patience during an extremely difficult market and always seemed up for the challenge, including exploring several new areas and neighborhoods. He guided us from start to finish through all of our various house hunt requests and a lengthy home inspection process without ever making us feel like we were asking too much. He knows the fine line of providing advice and guidance, yet respecting our wishes and making us feel like we were in charge (even though we know nothing about real estate!). After dozens of hours together from start to finish, we feel like we have spent our time with someone who is truly a pleasure to be around. He is knowledgeable about so many things, not just real estate, and makes the house hunt process enjoyable. Although we have found our home, will actually miss being around Art! We strongly recommend working with him!
