ZillowVERIFIED I worked with Anne-Mai Yu and Art Kaufman quite extensively for a period of 4 months or so before finally closing on our condo in dowtown Jersey City. Our purchase would not have been possible without this stellar team supporting us at every point in the process. I found Anne-Mai and Art to be incredibly experienced, patient and detail oriented in their approach to my girlfriend and I as first time home buyers. Weve toured almost a dozen properties (some of them twice!) and had a few complicated negotiations during the homebuying process to say the least. Their advise was quiet objective and in some cases counselled us to be exercise pricing discipline over homes that had competing bidders. I had a complicated situation during the pandemic where I was living and buying property in MA, while selling my property in NJ. There were some time-sensitive and Covid-induced constraints that were difficult to meet, and he and his associate, Anne-Mai made it work. For instance, open houses were not allowed in my building, and they coordinated and met potential buyers individually to show the property. He is a clear communicator and pays attention to all the details ? he even picked up a new fire extinguisher and alarm for me to satisfy the fire regulations before the signing. He kept the entire process moving smoothly, and was literally always there to answer any query, or to help with navigating all the aspects of home selling and supported me for over four months.
