Working with Nancy was a huge relief. Both my brother and I live abroad and due to health complications of our father, we had to sell the house sooner than we expected. I met Nancy 24 hours, extremely jet-lagged, after flying halfway across the world and she just put my mind at ease. She was very patient while I checked in with my brother (in a completely different time zone) and talked with my wife (also in another time zone). I never felt pressured to make any decisions and she was such a thoughtful listener. Nancy clearly understands the complexities involved with caring for an elder family member and she always seemed to provide helpful information and comforting words while we went through the whole process of prepping the house for sale (and while I was also moving my dad into another care facility). Nancy also provided us with a wealth of information and helpful tips and she was available to us via text all the time (not that we pushed her to contact us during the hours she should have been sleeping). She also worked with our cousins and aunt when we needed to get original documents to her that the broker requested! Nothing phased her considering all the complexities involved with the geographical makeup of our family (3 separate continents). We were very pleased to work with Nancy and I would recommend her services in a heart beat. Now we can sleep easier knowing that we can continue funding the care needs for our father.

I recently worked with Nancy Fitzgerald to sell my home in Tustin and purchase a home in Laguna Woods. This was a big change for me after being in the same home for many years, but Nancy made the process feel much easier. She staged the home beautifully, and thanks to her knowledge of the Tustin real estate market our home sold in less than two weeks and for over the listing price. She also helped me find the right home in Laguna Woods and guided me through every step of the purchase. Nancy was patient, kind, and always available when I had questions. She truly understands helping seniors downsize and transition. I highly recommend Nancy to anyone selling a home in Orange County!

Lisa did a fantastic job with selling a home for us. She worked tirelessly through a tremendous amount of hurdles to get the house sold and kept us in the loop the entire time. She is extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. The amount of time she dedicated to this sale was insurmountable! She always had our best interest in mind and was truthful and precise with her details and dedication. I would absolutely recommend Lisa for the sale or purchase of any property, you will not be disappointed, she works so hard, she can be trusted to do the best job to represent you in any circumstance.

Sawsan has helped my wife and I to purchase our dream home in Corona Del Mar. She was cordial, meticulous, knowledgeable, professional, and prompt to respond! If you are seeking to purchase or sell your home in Orange County, I am confident to share that Sawsan will come through and will not disappoint you!

Lisa did an outstanding job selling this property. There were a lot of obstacles she had to deal with which she handled quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Lisa as an agent as she is very experienced and knowledgeable.
