He fixed the garage door, had keys made, had the property cleaned and painted, did some landscaping and found mail that wasn't forwarded and packed it up and sent it to me. Most importantly he negotiated an excellent price through many different offers and negotiated down the buyer's commission. He has a great team behind him for promotion and for the close. He kept in frequent contact with updates as needed. Highly recommended.

We found a house that Ron was the broker for and, even though we didnt get that house, Ron stayed with us, learning what we wanted and did a ton of research to help us know more about what was available and what his plan was to find a good fit. And he did! He also wrote a back-up offer that the seller accepted and it turned out the first buyer backed out and we were in! That was the best advice you could get from a realtor. And a lot more work for him. Then he referred us to a lender and a home insurance agent that were equally as professional, responsive and dedicated as Ron. It was a great team and we are the happy owners of a home that is a perfect fit for us. Ron will go the extra mile because he really wants you to be happy.

ZillowVERIFIED Ron was recommended to me by my lender. I was told that he had a close rate of less than 2 weeks. Well I took that with a grain of salt. But after meeting with him and talking to him I knew he would be knowledgeable and gave him a try. After meeting and agreeing on a contract he offered me some tips on how to sell my home quickly. Ron recommended some changes and to give my home a fresh look and face lift that didnt cost thousands of dollars. I followed his ideas and recommendations. We went on the market on a Friday. And on Saturday we had 25 couples walk in and on a rainy day Sunday had 30 couples walk in! By Monday and Tuesday we had about 8-9 offers and by Wednesday we accepted 1 with 2 backups! A total of 5 days on the market!!! Offer was 30k over asking price! He recommended an escrow company and it was smooth sailing. I couldnt be happier! Ron definitely knows what hes doing, hes always attentive, always returns my calls and was with me throughout the selling process explaining in detail some of the questions I had. Ill be using him for my next home purchase!

I did not have an actual Realtor because I could not seem to find one that could or would consistently help me find a home. Ron was the first to really listen to me. Find out exactly what kind of house I was looking for and where, and anytime a home came on the market that matched my criteria, made sure I knew about it immediately. . Ron always made the time. If it wasnt exactly when I asked it was within a half an hour and he was always already at the home and waiting for me with answers to any questions I might have about it. If he did not know the answer, he found it, then and there. Mr. Picket is also incredibly personable. On top of being exceptionally good at his job he felt like a friend after the first showing and certainly is a friend now. I was very picky when it came to finding my home. It took 5 months. Ron worked hard for me and never gave up even when I almost did. I am happy to say I am in my first home now, thanks to Rons efforts and Im very grateful. I love my new home. I would recommend Ron Pickett to anyone who wants a realtor who takes them seriously, cares that you, the client, gets exactly the home you are looking for rather than quickly trying to sell you for a commission and move on and will work hard to make sure that you not only find a house, but your home.

ZillowVERIFIED Look no further than Ron and his team if you want a great realtor. We found Ron while inquiring about one of the properties that he was selling. We had a realtor at the time, but after speaking with Ron, we knew that we wanted him to represent us. Ron goes above and beyond for his clients. As soon as you tell him that you are interested in a property he does a deep dive and gives you all of the pertinent information that you need to make an offer or pass. He responds to you almost immediately and is available well after business hours which is a huge plus! Once we found the property that we wanted he sat down with the selling agent (not common) and got us all of the information that we needed to make a strong offer. He and his team were able to close our traditional loan in 16 days (unheard of) which played a major role in getting our offer accepted. We got our property for well below market value. If you are looking for a realtor, choose Ron. He won?t just send you an automated email with homes within your search parameters (M.O. of most realtors), he will actively participate in your search.

ZillowVERIFIED 5 stars+ Let me give you some real specific reasons why you want Ron as your realtor. He searched and found me the only home that matched what I wanted in a few days. He convinced me to go see it the first day it was on Zillow. Ron works with Brian, who says he?s in the top 1% of all loan guys in the nation. So, we looked at the home and I said OMG yes I want this home. Ron and Brian said ok, you can go surf and then sat down face to face and spoke to the agent for about an hour or so about me and my credit and why I should be the top choice. MY offer was accepted, although there were several other offers, and even though I had to sell my house first and apparently that?s not a good thing when making an offer. I got the awesome beach home I wanted, under the appraisers value, and I will say without a doubt, you will not find a harder working realtor that is really good at negotiating and that truly cares more than Ron.
