For those who appreciate concise reviews, Susan Piazza is an excellent real estate professional you should hire.For those who would like an expanded review, continue reading.We previously listed our condo in 2018 and after nearly a year on the market, we were unable to sell our home. When we came back onto the market at the beginning of this year, our previous agent introduced us to Susan due to her extensive knowledge of our area and her years of experience. Through her guidance and expertise, we sold our condo within a short amount of time and were able to negotiate a rent back situation that allowed us ample time to find and purchase a new home.Through the entire process, Susan made herself readily available to answer our questions and help us in any way she could. In addition to her real estate knowledge, she also has connections with various contractors, landscapers, and painters. This was especially helpful when addressing our buyer's request for repairs and identifying items we wanted repaired within our new home. By having access to Susan's extensive network, it saved us a lot of headaches during the renovation process.What sets Susan apart from other agents we have worked with is that even after we moved into our new place, Susan has still assisted us in settling in and ensuring we are comfortable. Hopefully we are in our new home for many years to come, but if the need arises for us to move, we would certainly work with her again.
