ReviewSusans team is very professional and told us what to do to make our house so it presented well to potential buyers and were there to assist us all along the way. She has many contacts to help in various areas. Because we trusted her, we trusted the people she referred us to.

Review Susan Piazza is a stellar realtor! She helped us sell our Off-the Grid cabin in the Cleveland National Forest. Not that that is a common thing to do, but she literally went the extra mile(s) to get the cabin off a 5 mile dirt road. She staged it for us and held an open house. We sold the cabin remarkably quickly. We appreciate her professionalism and her kind willingness to assist us on a sale that wasn't set to make her a large commission (the cabin is rather rustic and the price was low in comparison to the usual prices in Orange County). She put herself out for her love of our rural community. I have to believe that she would do an outstanding job for anyone else, be it a small home in need of help, or a beautiful estate home.

Review Susan is an amazing resource. When it comes to contracts, she is aware of changes and watches out for her clients. You want to have someone who looks out for your best interests. Covid offered set of challenges and Susan knew how to negotiate them. When you need a contractor to make the property presentable and in good order, she has those resources at hand. Any of my future Realestate needs will be done thru her office.

Review The very best of the best. Professional, thorough. An expert in every field of her profession. Every detail is reviewed, analyzed, communicated and mapped to bring the seller the results. Everything Susan said would happen did and in the order she said it would. Ive personally given her two other references of which she proved that she says what she does and does what she says. None better.

Review To be honest, in the past I thought real estate agents commissions were too big based on the work they do. I was very wrong. They are hundreds of little tasks that goes into selling a house. Many of them you dont even realize that are going on because its in the background. Its not easy and it does take expertise, time and thoroughness. Susan and her team had our backs. They spent an enormous amount of hours during the entire process to ensure success. Another thing I should mention is Susan strived to make the process painless as possible for the us. Susan earned my respect and admiration. Kudos!

Review A long time friend and loan officer recommended Susan to my father. She transformed his house and sold it house in less than a week. After that, I knew that I needed her expertise and guidance with buying my first home. She was so kind and patient with me, and answered all my questions. She showed me home after home until I found the one I loved. She worked hard behind the scenes negotiating and ensuring the deal was fair and would meet my needs. After negotiations were finished, and the paperwork was signed, she still continued to assist me through this process. She didnt just sell me my house. She gave me the opportunity to move in to a lovely home and continues to be of assistance to me if I have questions or recommendations for handymen, painters, etc. I would highly recommend Susan to anyone looking for a smart, savvy, determined, and absolutely fantastic agent!

Review I would give Susan 6 stars if I could. She was a dream to work with. We thought we have had good realtors selling 3 properties in the past 5 years but Susan topped them all. Not once did we have to worry or stress about anything during our most recent home sold with Susan. She took care of everything and more. Her expertise, especially in the canyon area and South OC is unmatched.

Review I have bought and sold several homes over the years, worked with many realtors but never one as incredible as Susan. Without her I would not be in my amazing current home. She not only found the prefect new home for me but sold my prior home in record time. She was there for every step of the process. Susan goes above and beyond for all her clients, she is the only realtor I will ever work with in the future.

Review We've had several agents in the past and thought they were top notch until we met Susan. Susan took action the moment we told her that we wanted to sell and she never stopped. She was on top of everything and made us feel peaceful about everything. She had our home sold in less than one day. She went beyond our expectations. We are so happy with her and highly recommend her to everyone.

Review Susan's completely out of the box idea for our home sale was a WINNER! She sold our home in 17 days- in a sluggish market!! After not knowing how to tackle so many things after our renters left and thinking about leaving California, we were very relieved when Susan came in and took charge. She never made us feel like our house was less than what we imagined it to be, yet steered us toward the understanding that not everyone else thinks the same as we do. Her follow through and knowledge of real estate rules and regulations was excellent. We learned a lot! And she never made us feel bad when we would text her with a ton of questions; she would cheerfully reply right away! We just loved her "auction" idea (a concept used in Australia & New Zealand regularly). She brought in over 700 people in 2 open houses. We had about 20 bidders on the day of the "auction". Now I ask you; if you use a regular sale, you think you're going to get that many bidders...on the same day?! AMAZING! She gave a lot of herself for our dream and we will be forever grateful!

Review For those who appreciate concise reviews, Susan Piazza is an excellent real estate professional you should hire. For those who would like an expanded review, continue reading. We previously listed our condo in 2018 and after nearly a year on the market, we were unable to sell our home. When we came back onto the market at the beginning of this year, our previous agent introduced us to Susan due to her extensive knowledge of our area and her years of experience. Through her guidance and expertise, we sold our condo within a short amount of time and were able to negotiate a rent back situation that allowed us ample time to find and purchase a new home.Through the entire process, Susan made herself readily available to answer our questions and help us in any way she could. In addition to her real estate knowledge, she also has connections with various contractors, landscapers, and painters. This was especially helpful when addressing our buyer's request for repairs and identifying items we wanted repaired within our new home. By having access to Susan's extensive network, it saved us a lot of headaches during the renovation process. What sets Susan apart from other agents we have worked with is that even after we moved into our new place, Susan has still assisted us in settling in and ensuring we are comfortable. Hopefully we are in our new home for many years to come, but if the need arises for us to move, we would certainly work with her again.

Review Kind, caring, thoughtful, knowledgeable, responsive, honest, helpful, available, patient, resourceful are all words that describe Susan! We had an investment property in Aliso Viejo we decided to sell. Living out of state, I was very nervous about putting the property on the market since I wasnt local to oversee the process. Susan jumped right in and took the lead getting the property ready for sale while it was tenant occupied. We had multiple offers and sold within 10 days of listing with a final offer above our asking price! She didnt recommend a lot of costly renovations and got us an asking price of $25,000 higher than my property managements realtor valued the home. Susan was so responsive to our questions and concerns. She made me feel like I was her only client even though she was working with other clients. She even worked with our tenants to help them find a new rental in a very competitive market. I highly recommend Susan, she is the best!

Review Other agents we contacted about selling the home we had been in for seventeen years wanted us to spend thousands of dollars trying to make it look like the model homes down the street. Susan had down-to-earth advice that spruced it up enough for a quick sale without breaking the bank or losing the home's character.

Review Susan is an amazing realtor and a pillar of community support. Her knowledge of the real-estate process, rental procedures is second to none. She is reliable, has a wealth of resources. After a nightmare of evicting a renter, she had references to an amazing lawyer. Supported me during the legal process. When Susan is helping you with purchasing, selling, renting, you know she is aware of key items to be aware, and getting the contracts executed. It is such a sense of relief to know she is on your side watching out for your best interest. Her community involvement from Coffee with the Cops, community garage sales, Fire Watch, support of charities, shows her care for others. I just wish I met her many years ago.

Review Susan was a wonderful agent to work with, after being recommended to us by our Northern CA listing agent. After listening to our needs, wants, desires etc. for our relocation to Southern CA, she steered us in the direction of Aliso Viejo, which we had not been considering previously. We ultimately bought a home in AV and could not be happier! Susan was always extremely professional, contentious, resourceful and made the entire process quite painless. We would highly recommend working with Susan to purchase your home in So Cal!

Review Selling a home in Trabuco Canyon can be tricky, but the first time Susan walked into our door she was confident she could sell it and quickly. Man was she right! Her vendors (photographer, open house staff, house cleaner (yep!), and her assistant) were all so professional and kind. And all did a spectacular job. She also had very good recommendations on people to use for the house inspection and termites. We have three kids and not a lot of time on our hands and she had her assistant help me with organizing/packing to prep for the photographer and she hired a house cleaner for the day of the open house. She went above and beyond many times to help my family. I am so thankful for her knowledge, persistence, patience with our questions, and her team for selling our house. I would use her again and again and recommend her to everyone

Review One of the most exciting moments in life is taking the first step towards pursuing the home of your dreams! Nine months ago, I started that journey by researching homes online that fit the perfect match and luckily stumbled across an incredible home. Seizing the day, I quickly jumped on the opportunity, called the listing agent (Susan Piazza) and began the most life changing conversation I've ever had. As fate would have it, I found out this home was located in a senior citizen community and I was about 40 years shy of the prerequisite. After a good laugh, I thought it was time to head back to the drawing board. That was not the case. Instead, I walked away from that conversation meeting the most knowledgeable, down-to-earth, hard working, and genuine person in the real estate industry. After describing my dream home to her, she worked her magic and found the PERFECT fit within my price range in record speed. I cannot emphasize enough how easy-going and incredible the entire home buying experience was. One thing is for certain, Susan Piazza is the best realtor out there and the moment you call her will be the best decision you've ever made in your real estate purchasing journey. -Kevin and Ally

Review From start to finish, Susan and her team were amazing. It was our first time selling a home and it was an easy and pleasant experience, all because of the Susan and the support her team provides. She has a fabulous staging assistant that she brings in. She transformed our home completely and we were had it sold within a week. She is also a great resource when it comes to knowing what kinds of remodels to perform and who to use. In addition, we were looking for a new place to rent after selling this one. Susan and her assistant went above and beyond to help us find a new place (which was not that easy). But they never gave up and made sure we finally found a place that would meet our needs.
