Coldwell Banker Realty

Ryan was great!! Couldn't be happier with him as my agent. He went above and beyond what was expected of an agent. He's very personable...treated me like family. He also found the right buyer and negotiated the closing date that met my unique needs.

Eric was great to work with while selling my condo. He kept me updated throughout the process, communicated different options clearly, and made everything as smooth as possible. I'd definitely recommend Eric to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in the Twin Cities metro.

Jamie was so awesome! She went above and beyond finding places for me to look at while I was in town. I live 3 1/2 hours away and had 1 day and she filled the day with showings! She then did a facetime on one of properties and that is the one I bought! I really appreciate how easy she is to be around and how fast she caught on to exactly what I was looking for! Thank you Jamie! You are an ace!!

We couldn't have asked for a better realtor! He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. We toured more than 20 homes and changed direction several times, but he never made us feel rushed or pressured. When issues arose with the sellers during closing, he advocated for us and made sure our interests were protected. He also did an excellent job selling our previous home. He made the listing and showing process as smooth as possible with minimal disruption to our daily lives--and got our house sold within the first week it was on the market! It was truly a pleasure working with him. We would absolutely choose him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Ryan did a great job. He was very organized and professional. He sold our house in 1 weekend! He gave us great advice throughout the process. He is very knowledgeable and experienced with White Bear Lake area especially. We couldnt recommend him enough. Thanks Ryan!
