ZillowVERIFIED Eric had an easy time with my husband... and then I came into the conversation. Even though I was picky with what I was looking for in a house, Eric made quick work to get the houses I wanted to see lined up even after my husband agreed to seeing a list of properties. We managed to get the house I had my eye on and already liked from the listing and then fell in love with when we viewed it. He made sure the process was seamless from start to finish and was available to answer any questions we had from offer submitted to closing date. Very knowledgeable and truly wanted to see us with the dream house we (I) wanted and was patient to wait as long as it took. Lucky for him it didn't take that long :) Anyone would be lucky to have him to help search for their dream home.

Definitely recommend him You will be stupid not trusting him he will negotiate the best price for you, My MOM just recently passed, he gave me some tips on how I should go about certain things because I just didnt know. Its not EricaEUR~s fault or anything process closing. The people who were selling didnt show updated papers on the second mortgage. They took out on the house and it took a lot longer closing the house. Thats on Zillow.

There were ups and downs and times I just wanted to give up but Eric wouldn't let us. He was so passionate about making sure we were able to get our dream home. ZillowVERIFIED Eric was very helpful and patient with us as we tried to figure out if selling our current home was right for us or if we should do a remodel instead. He knew our home buying area well so he understood why even moving a short distance away would be difficult for us as our lives really revolve around the area we live in. We had a lot of questions about selling as this is the only house we have ever owned. He did the research to figure out how much our house is worth which really helped us in our decision process. If we ever do decide to sell and purchase a new property Eric will be the one we go to. I also feel comfortable in suggesting him to family and friends who are looking to buy/sell.
