Brian a Melinda did a remarkable job in helping me with selling my mothers home. Their knowledge of the market helped me determine the best price and their Rolodex of sub-contractors who did excellent work proved quite useful. Their willingness to go beyond the call of duty to represent my best interest was greatly appreciated throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this team. Both Brian and Melinda were exceptional in their service and expertise. We were selling a home from out of state and they took care of all the repairs and updates prior to selling. They were also very responsive in communication, often within the same day. From start to finish, updates, listing, negotiations, and finally closing took about 2 months. Probably one of the fastest deals I've been a part of. Absolutely would use them again if I ever find myself back in the Columbia, SC area.
