Justin Prince did an outstanding job managing the sale of my investment property. He made the sale of a challenging property look easy! His professional demeanor, extensive experience, and attention to detail resulted in the rapid sale of the property above asking price and with multiple bids. He was extremely helpful with the transition process even after closing. I highly recommend him for all real estate needs.

I worked with the team from planning, through listing preparation, pricing, showings, negotiation with offers and closing - all remotely. It was seamless, great communications, and basicaly stress free. Mary Lynn Casey was my agent who was a pleasure to deal with. Everything about the experience exceeded my expectations!

Justin Prince help us sell my sisters home in a matter of days. Justin is a true professional and very knowledgeable about the housing market. Justin was very energetic in getting the home sold. Would highly recommend Justin if you are in the buying or selling market.

It was such a pleasure working with Jim. His professionalism was very apparent and I fully trusted the decisions he had made about what needed to be done.

The team was excellent in every aspect of the process from our agent Savannah Breiner who showed us many homes and helped us thru the in and outs of buying and selling a home to Dave Worthington who negotiated the closing .
