Coldwell Banker Realty

DeeDee and team were great to work with. We were not local to the home so we did a lot via email Phone and they were able to take care of a lot of issues for us and we didnt have to worry about it. Would recommend DeeDee and her team for your home selling or buying needs.

Dee and Kevin have been wonderful throughout my purchase of a house and the subsequent sale of my old house. They communicated with me about market changes and provided guidance about pricing my old home. Settlement was a breeze! I highly recommend Dee as an agent. She has a great deal of experience with the housing market. I trust Dee and Kevin (her husband/realtor) and appreciate their guidance and help throughout both transactions.

Deedee is wonderful to work with. Her and her team go out of their way to ensure you have a smooth and successful experience whether buying or selling. We have used her multiple times and will always recommend her.

DeeDee, sold our home in one day. DeeDee and her assistant Lisa worked tirelessly to keep us updated throughout the process. Great job ladies! We highly recommend DeeDee to sell your home.

DeeDee provided great counsel in a dynamic market. She consistently demonstrated strong values and ethics throughout the process. She was professional and responsive. She had a very strong knowledge and familiarity with the area.
