I worked with Mike Simoni from the Mike DelRose team to sell our old house and purchase a new construction house earlier this month - and I cannot recommend Mike and his team enough. Mike displayed a great feel for both the buying & selling process, and particularly helped us navigate through the challenges that come with buying a home. I greatly appreciated Mike's ability to both stand up for what we felt was right while maintaining professional, working relationships. He navigated the challenge of dealing with multiple parties (our buyers, our seller agents, the builders, multiple sets of lawyers, etc.) seamlessly, understanding how to manage each respective relationship. Mike was also always available - morning & night, weekdays & weekends, and extremely responsive to all of our questions and concerns. I really enjoyed working with Mike throughout the past few months, he made this process as fun and stress-free as possible - and I would definitely recommend him as a Real Estate Agent.

Our first home buying experience was met with both excitement and challenges, but with Mike Jr. as our realtor, we felt supported every step of the way. Mike's expertise and knowledge of the housing market were evident from the start, and his friendly and approachable demeanor made the process feel less daunting. Despite facing the competitive nature of the current market, Mike remained steadfast in his commitment to helping us find our dream home. Mike's dedication to our home search went above and beyond our expectations. Despite encountering setbacks with lost offers, Mike never lost sight of our goals. His persistence and strategic approach ultimately led us to success as he skillfully negotiated on our behalf to secure the house we had set our hearts on. Mike's ability to navigate the challenges of the market with grace and determination truly made all the difference for us. Beyond his role as a realtor, Mike's genuine care for his clients shone through in every interaction. Even after closing, he continued to support us by assisting in finding reputable contractors for post-closing tasks. Mike's unwavering commitment to our satisfaction exemplifies his dedication to providing exceptional service. We are incredibly grateful for Mike Jr.'s guidance and expertise, and we wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone in search of a trustworthy and reliable realtor.

It was wonderful to work with Mike Simoni! Throughout the entire process, Mike was professional, courteous, and friendly. He made the buying and selling process as simple as it could be and fun. Mike did a great job of advocating for our needs while maintaining good relationships with the other agents.

The Mike DelRose Team and specifically Agent Gail Boroyan, were outstanding in the sale of our house. Gail is the consummate professional with whom I have complete trust and confidence. She communicated with me regularly throughout the entire process, which is of utmost importance as I had moved out of state. Gail handled every issue with tact, in confidence, swiftly and in an always reassuring, knowledgeable manner. Never did she leave me wondering what the next step was. She answered every question, email, text, - promptly . Gail is a superior agent (and person)and truly a worthy credit to the DelRose Team! Thank you over and over!!

Mike Simoni did a wonderful job selling the home that my father has lived in for the past 50+ years. He was thorough, respectful, got the quotes for the clean out company, and kept in close contact. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Mike and the Mike Delrose Team.
