I worked with Mike Simoni from the Mike DelRose team to sell our old house and purchase a new construction house earlier this month - and I cannot recommend Mike and his team enough. Mike displayed a great feel for both the buying & selling process, and particularly helped us navigate through the challenges that come with buying a home. I greatly appreciated Mike's ability to both stand up for what we felt was right while maintaining professional, working relationships. He navigated the challenge of dealing with multiple parties (our buyers, our seller agents, the builders, multiple sets of lawyers, etc.) seamlessly, understanding how to manage each respective relationship. Mike was also always available - morning & night, weekdays & weekends, and extremely responsive to all of our questions and concerns. I really enjoyed working with Mike throughout the past few months, he made this process as fun and stress-free as possible - and I would definitely recommend him as a Real Estate Agent.
