ZillowVERIFIED I contacted the Mike DelRose Team in mid-May to look at a 2-family home in Belmont. Mike Jr. showed me the property and pointed out both the positive and negative factors in the house. We then had an inspection which Mike Jr. used to negotiate the terms of the sale. Kelly Gallagher was also contacted to assist with legal questions. I signed the Purchase and Sale Agreement and was referred to Brian Keefe at Prospect Mortage to obtain a loan. In all the discussions throughout the buying of the property - the team members were incredibly responsive and curteous. I was able to close on the property successfully on July 30tieth and am now residing in a two family in Belmont. In addition to buying a home in Belmont, I also needed to sell my condo in Newton. Mike DelRose Senior's Father had sold me the home in 1984. Mike arranged with me to have a number of his associates assist in putting on an Open House in mid May and the condo was successfully sold in one day - at the asking price. There were some complications with the Condo Association which Mike and Kelly successfully negotiated and I was able to sell that property on July 28th. During the intervening month, I was able to obtain entrance to the two family in Belmont and outline the work that would need to be done on the property. That work is in progress at this present time. In summary, the team work that was done by the Mike DelRose Company really enabled me to move out of my condo in Newton successfully and into my two family in Belmont. All participants were focused on assisting to make the move as easy as possible for me and were responsive and courteous throughout the process. As I would have a tendency to move ahead of the sequence of events. team members would re-assure me that following all the steps of the process would result in a successful end product. That has proved to be true. I strongly recommend the Mike DelRose Team to prospective buyers and sellers throughout the Area.

ZillowVERIFIED There really isn't enough I can say about Mike Delrose Jr. As a first time buyer in one of the most intense markets I can recall and in one of the most sought after areas in Eastern Massachusetts -- to say I was nervous and anxious would be an understatement. Mike however made the process virtually painless and was patient enough to explain everything that was happening to us as the process went along. He returned all our calls and would even set up showings within minutes after a property would come on the market. There were times he was able to get us in to see a home within an hour after we spotted something. This is how aggressive he will be for you. Because the Spring of 2013 was so assiduous (there wasn't a day when top media around the Country weren't reporting on it including: The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times and Reuters to name but a few), there were times I would get down or was convinced we'd would never find the home we wanted, but Mike was always there to reassure us that we were doing all the right things and that the home would find us and we just needed to remain patient. One of the qualities I loved the most about Mike was his sense of humor and his honesty. These are qualities that are so hard to come by in this industry and my husband, myself and even our daughters always loved a "showing with Mike" or "a day of open houses with Mike" -- he's just super unique and special. Mike is also very well connected with a network of reliable home inspectors, mortgage lenders, and even when I was traveling for business for most of our offer process, Mike took care of everything and worked with me remotely (he appreciates the power of new technology which we loved) and I was able to sign off on things from whatever airport I was in at the time. I can't recommend Mike enough to any home buyer or seller. He is honest, intelligent and tenacious and comes with a personality that is a breath of fresh air. In the end went with Mike. and he understood my urgency and did his best to have it sold less than 30 days, pretty amazing, I have too much to say, but has to be brief:1 Mike is very experienced, knows the marketing price (good as buyer/seller agent), and knows ho to market the property as well ( good as seller agent), Top gun in the area 2 Honest, calm, charm and well mannered.3 has a whole team of people to make every step in the transaction super smooth, efficient, Extra bonus, he has a charming voice, should do a Red Sox game announcement some times.
