Coldwell Banker Realty

We couldnt have asked for a better realtor than Traci! From start to finish, she was on top of every detail, always kept us informed, and genuinely had our best interest at heart. She never hesitated to step in and handle the tough conversations and difficult decisions on our behalf, making sure we were protected and advocated for every step of the way. Her communication, dedication, knowledge, and attention to detail made a stressful process so much easier. We are incredibly grateful to have had Traci by our side and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor who truly cares about her clients and goes above and beyond!

Traci was great in helping us sell our home. She provided helpful guidance on staging and other aspects of the selling process. With her help we sold quickly and above asking. overall a great experience with something that can be daunting to deal with.

Traci helped us buy our first home 11 years ago, and we were happy to use her as our realtor again to sell that home and buy a new one. She is easy to communicate with and will be real with you about how to be successful in buying and selling. She is very knowledgeable about the Elk Grove areas. More than that, though, Traci is a great friend and cared about us and our family throughout the whole process.

Traci Petersen is an incredibly wonderful person and an extraordinary real estate agent! Tracis care and concern for her clients is truly exceptional. She made our home buying experience very easy. She walked us through all the steps for buying a new home- helping us connect with a lender to get prequalified, meeting with us to find out what we were looking for in a new home, showing us properties, writing an offer, and arranging for inspections before we closed on the house. We knew Traci was committed to taking care of us through the whole process. She always kept in contact with us and answered all our many questions. I cant say enough good things about Traci as a person and as a realtor! I highly recommend Traci for all your home buying and selling needs!

Buying a house can be so stressful, but working with Traci Petersen I felt well supported and taken care of! She made me feel heard.
