ZillowVERIFIED Traci is very careful to encourage you to do the things that will help you sell your home faster and with minimal problems, while at the same time discouraging you from doing things that she feels you will not be able to get your money back out of, if not make some money from having done it. I am very aware of two homes that she has sold, mine and my daughter and son in laws. In both cases the homes were only on the market for a few days. We had three offers at the listing price within 3 days of the home being put on the market. She was very skillful in determining which items the buyer had countered with that we should accept and which ones we should reject without jeopardizing the sale. It was necessary for us to leave the state prior to the house being ready to go on the market. Traci made sure that everything that needed to be done was completed promptly and kept me aware of everything as it happened. She let me know what I needed to do such as get estimates and pay invoices. We felt very comfortable leaving what needed to be done after we left in Traci's hands. I felt that she had a very good relationship with the Title Company that was used, which made the closing very quick and easy for us.
