Coldwell Banker Realty

Donna helped us buy a home in Bethel, CT. We relied on her expertise to identify a property that was the best fit for our needs. Donna is very experienced and offered us good objective advice and pointed out things that we never even thought about. She was able to steer us on aspects that hold valuable long term. I needed a realtor who was reachable and responsive and Donna was always good at returning calls or emails within a few hours, and also gave us advance heads-up on the few occasions when she had other commitments. She worked with the sellers agent to get us several clarifications. She has also helped us with service provider referrals when we consulted her. She is nice and friendly and it was good working with Donna.

I was so fortunate that Caldwell Banker connected me with Donna. She went above and beyond for me. Although I was relocating from another state, she kept in close contact via text, email and phone calls. Donna accommodated me in my search in every way. She was always pleasant, thoughtful and patient. I'll always be grateful for all she did for me with my new adventure.

Michele is an amazing Realtor and goes beyond. She cares about her clients like they are her family. She provides her clients with all aspects of the home shopping. She gives any referrals that you need when purchasing a home and they are all top notch. We are so happy we found such incredible realtor. We would buy another house from her when the time is right. I am a realtor in NY and have high expectations. She has exceeded them. Thanks Michele for making our home shopping wonderful. We are so very happy!
