ZillowVERIFIEDDonna helped us buy a home in Bethel, CT. We relied on her expertise to identify a property that was the best fit for our needs. Donna is very experienced and offered us good objective advice and pointed out things that we never even thought about. She was able to steer us on aspects that hold valuable long term. I needed a realtor who was reachable and responsive and Donna was always good at returning calls or emails within a few hours, and also gave us advance heads-up on the few occasions when she had other commitments. She worked with the sellers agent to get us several clarifications. She has also helped us with service provider referrals when we consulted her. She is nice and friendly and it was good working with Donna.

ZillowVERIFIED I got introduced to Donna recently when I was searching for a single family home. She was sellers agent for one of the home I had a look but she acted in a very professional manner and in my opinion was taking care of both the sides interests without compromising anyside. Due to her professional and local knowledge I continued with her and bought my home couple of months ago. During the process she went extra-mile in helping with some of the details which I was requiring while comparing homes.

ZillowVERIFIED I have worked with Donna Kuehn for about 7 years. She has respreseneted me on both the buyer and seller side. Most recently, Donna listed a property in Brookfield, CT which was a relatively small but well finished lake property. Donna knew the market in such detail that she was able to guide me on the appropriate asking price. Indeed, within two weeks of listing, I had several offers. But Donna recommended that I wait for a ful price offer, which is exactly what I got. From my exerience with Donna, I can say that she is the most thoughtful, reliable, and honest broker with whom I have worked. Her level of market knowledge is really unrivaled. More impressive is Donna's ability to answer my questions in a quick and accurate manner. She is truly impressive.

Donna is hard working, responsive and completely dedicated to providing her clients with a smooth and satisfying end result. She knows her market and goes all out to accommodate your needs and requirements. In addition to assisting me in my home search, my son and his wife purchased a home from Donna and had an equally rewarding experience. They have also recommended Donna numerous times over to their friends who are looking to buy or sell a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Donna is always on top of details and is very consistent day in and day out. She was always available to answer a question, and never made me feel like my needs weren't important. She worked hard to get our homes (2) sold and get us top price. She also had a lot of important contacts related to this process- good people who helped in other ways (appraisers, attorney's etc.) I have always appreciated her hard work, and would also like to thank her for making the selling process less stressful. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is either selling or buying a house. Years were 2009 and 2010 - one in Danbury and the other in Southbury, Ct. I have recommended her to several people and I know they also were very pleased with her.
