Logan was great! I bought my condo from Logan in 2021 and contacted him again to sell it in 2026. He made great recommendations on what I should & shouldnt do to prep the house for listing, worked on my timeline, and ultimately was a great neutral voice of reason when I was making the final decisions. Logan even came out late one night in a storm when I had locked myself out! 12/10 I recommend Logan!

I have worked with Logan for years and I wouldn't pick different based on my experiences. He listens to the needs of his clients, advocates for them, sets clear understanding of the process and how/where to be competitive, and he REALLY cares about his clients' experience reaching a no regret decision. Very personal and professional. Logan has been a long time friend. He has represented me on multiple occasions. This sale had some hiccups with the first offer being irresponsible but we went back to the drawing board and weathered the storm together to find a win-win-win.
