I also was looking for someone who was familiar with the area and he used to live in the condos where I was selling! He is very personable and was always available when I needed him. He went above and beyond and did everything he said he was going to do and more. Logan treats your home like his own and goes out of his way to stage your home. He trimmed bushes, vacuumed, changed lightbulbs, brought in lamps and mirrors, and even power washed! What realtor would do that?? My condo sold for $18k above asking price! ZillowVERIFIED Our first realtor we ever had didnt impress us. Where do I begin? They took photos with an old point and shoot camera which left the photos looking dark, dingy, and blurry. The listing had hardly any appeal in the wording and no effort was made to obtain multiple offers and better terms on offers. Basically we got what we got. We certainly didnt feel like a priority and this was our biggest asset! Two years later it was time for a life change and in walks Logan. We werent sure what to think at first when he requested a few hours to meet with us, we thought the process was hire realtor, take photos, and sell house. It was much more to him than that. He wanted to take the time to get to know our wants and needs and teach us about the process. We knew so little about the buying and selling process and this was going to be our third purchase! During the purchase of our dream home and sale of our current home he walked us through everything. I have never known a realtor to put in sweat equity but he made it clear our house was being treated as his own. We have already recommended him to two couples who might consider selling soon.
