I cannot say enough about what a hardworking and dedicated realtor we found in Jay Hopping. Jay could not have been more professional and patient with our search in Foothill Ranch. He has a much deeper experience and vast knowledge base than we have not found in previous realtors we have tried. We were fortunate to be paired with Jay and I personally consider myself lucky. Jay brings a service that you won't find in other realtors. It is apparent that he is excellent at his job and enjoys what he does for a living. He brings a refreshing dedication into his work and it shows. In Jay we found the process of finding exactly what we wanted to be enjoyable, it didn't feel like the tedious process we expected. If you want someone knows and understands then Jay is your guy. It's obvious that he has broad market experience in addition, Jay has an appreciation of where has been and where it is going. You will get a solid education with Jay. His opinions proved so very valuable in our many searches and we just could not have been as successful as we were without him. Jay is the representative you want whether you buying or selling a home. He makes himself available when you need him and no question is too unimportant for him. Jay went above and beyond to find us the perfect rental home. We weren't easy clients to find a home for, but Jay really went the extra mile for us. We had a lot of realtors to choose from, but once we talked to Jay, it was a pretty easy choice for us to work with him. If a day went by without him checking in with us, believe me it was because he was working hard for our interests in the meantime. He was so patient with my many questions and stuck to our criteria wholeheartedly, even working to find us a home better than we expected. I was worried about not having a personal hand in the process of talking to agents/homeowners, but that was completely unnecessary as he did a way better job than I ever could. He is direct and easy to talk to, and he handled our concerns professionally and with care. It is rare that you find someone who truly cares about their clients--it's pretty easy to spot inauthenticity the older you get, and Jay was transparently genuine with us about finding us a home we were happy with. I couldn't be more grateful for all the hard work he did for us, and even better was that his incredible work ethic helped expedite the process for us much more than we had anticipated. I couldn't recommend him more highly-- for his reliability, genuineness, strong work ethic, patience, and ambition. We couldn't be happier with his work.
