ZillowVERIFIED Initially, I came to Jay looking for a 3 bedroom rental for my mom, my son and myself. After a few weeks of looking at over 12 properties and getting denied for every rental we applied for (getting pushed out by other applicants with more income than we had collectively), Jay suggested we look into buying, and that he could get us into something for exactly what we would be paying in rent (our MAX budget was $3K per month). I had never considered buying because as a single mother, I didn't think it would be possible, but of course, this was a no brainer and it couldn't hurt to try. We got pre-approved from a lender and within 1 month, we went from looking for rentals to closing escrow on a beautifully upgraded condo (that we got under asking), EXACTLY within our budget. Jay was amazing throughout the entire process from start to finish. He was patient, thorough, knowledgeable and there for us at any time throughout the day/week to answer all our questions and concerns. Buying a home can be a stressful process but Jay made it easy and painless. He went above and beyond for us and it is clear to see why he is the best! We had a lot of realtors to choose from, but once we talked to Jay, it was a pretty easy choice for us to work with him. If a day went by without him checking in with us, believe me it was because he was working hard for our interests in the meantime. He was so patient with my many questions and stuck to our criteria wholeheartedly, even working to find us a home better than we expected. I was worried about not having a personal hand in the process of talking to agents/homeowners, but that was completely unnecessary as he did a way better job than I ever could. He is direct and easy to talk to, and he handled our concerns professionally and with care.
