Excellent! Amazing! We used Patti Brown to act as a buyers agent for our recent Tucson home purchase and couldnt be more pleased. We dont usually write reviews but we have to share this experience. Now, we have purchased a few houses in our timeaEUR"and weve dealt with real estate agents before. . . none of whom impressed us like Patti. And yes, we interviewed several agents before hiring Patti. This home purchase was particularly complex, due to the homes deferred maintenance and the sellers lack of candor during disclosure. Patti fought for us tooth and nail, quickly arranging vendors to give us estimates on repairs and expertly negotiating with the seller for concessions. In the end, we got a beautiful house at a very fair price. Pattis depth of knowledge of the Tucson housing market cannot be matched. The amount of time and effort she put into making this home purchase a reality was above and beyond our expectations. We had an outstanding experience working with Patricia on the sale of our Tucson home.
