Patti had connections with her handyman that we used if any issues came up. She was determined to have open houses and get some foot traffic through the house. We had to do almost all communication through email or calls. She kept us up to date with market conditions and comps in the area and suggested pricing based on current market. I selected Patti to sell my father?s home after his wife suddenly died and he was going to move into independent living back in Boston. Patti put my father at ease which was not easy given his background as a high powered lawyer in Boston. She was extremely well prepared, organized and knowledgeable. From the first meeting, we both knew Patti would quickly deliver a buyer for his home. Patti knew the best vendors and suppliers for repairs to the house that we needed to accomplish before the sale. She managed virtually every aspect of the sale and prep with incredible professionalism. Unfortunately, my father became quite ill during the selling process and died. I had an agent before her who knew I had a month to find and buy my new home but they only showed me 3 houses before telling me they were going out of town. So I got Patty and the very next day she was showing me numerous homes that fit my criteria. Even while she kept me to my own schedule I never felt rushed or like I had to settle for a home I didn?t absolutely love. Also, I have to say that the sellers agent was not getting things done or up to par but Patty worked really hard to keep her to task too.
