Working with Annie was a fantastic experience! She made the process of renting our townhouse incredibly smooth and stress-free. She was highly responsive, and my girlfriend and I messaged her at all hours. She always replied quickly. Annie consistently went above and beyond to get answers to our questions and kept us informed every step of the way. Id absolutely recommend working with her if you have the opportunity.

Working with Annie Dimitroff to find my home was very pleasant and very informative. She was kind, knowledgable, prompt and professional. She understood what I needed and worked diligently to help me find the home and promptly finished the paperwork. In todays market the negotiations are not favorable to the buyer, but with her kind and firm approach she found a way to negotiate.

Annie is nothing sort of amazing. She is delightful to work with and went above and beyond our expectations. Always insightful and professional with a wealth of local and industry experience. She is fun, always has a positive outlook, super responsive and always ready to help. You wont find anyone better.
