We had a contemporary home for sale last year and it was shown twice. So we took it off the market for the winter and relisted it with Jill in Feb 2018. Now when the time came to look, I contacted her again and I was SO happy that I did! It was like she was meant to be my realtor. The time she took to help us look for the perfect home was amazing. She did not have to do all that she did, but she went above and beyond her call of duty. When we found the perfect home, negotiations only lasted a few hours! We had a a contract that day! After the offer was accepted, we were working on things on how we wanted to renovate the home, even tho we didn't have keys yet, jill helped us big time by letting us in the house to take measurements on her free time. Something she did not have to do!!! When the time came to close, everything went quickly and smoothly. The closing only last about 20 mins or so!
