Corey was my agent for purchase of a single family (5 month search). Ive been through the home buying process a few times, and have routinely cycled multiple agents until I found the right one. Corey was the right one; Hes excellent. A few highlights: *Availability/attention: Corey replied to my texts within minutes even when I messaged in the evening which I appreciated immensely. He was always available to speak by phone when I needed him (within the hour) and was happy to just bounce ideas/reflections on the properties we looked at which was helpful to me as my wife & I were forming our conclusions. *Relationship: Corey thinks about the relationship, not the transaction. He was never pushy/hurried and didnt give any semblance of wanting anything other than to help us find the right home. After the home closed, I told Corey Id appreciate if he kept sharing insights about the market after the deal. Just recently he shared some information he knew I would be interested in. I hope he continues to do this. *Anchors to right things: I communicated to Corey early on what I was looking for and how I was assessing homes, and he anchored to that and expressed his own assessments in terms of the framework / style I preferred. *Knowledgeable: Coreys been doing this for 10+ years now; hes a veteran and it shows. He has real depth across Pittsburgh neighborhoods (being from Pittsburgh helps) and had smart observations about the properties we saw. He frequently pointed out things my wife & I missed and which proved valuable. Hes also well-connected to adjacent service providers and so was able to suggest effective colleagues when I needed it (e.g., Radon mitigation). *Communication: Corey is thoughtful in communication. He explains things very clearly in writing and verbally; he was thoughtful about sending email notes about things I should be aware of including reminders. He thinks and communicates in a linear way so its very easy to understand what hes saying and the implications of it. Additionally, at one point he had to leave town for a few days and communicated the exact period well in advance and ensured someone else from his team would help me during that time, which I very much appreciated. *Passion: He loves what he does and it shows with the energy he brings.

My fiance and I had a great experience using Corey as our realtor. We started out knowing nothing about the home buying process, as this was the first time we were buying a home. He made the process so smooth and easily understandable. He was very quick and responsive each time we had a question. When asking about seeing a home, Corey is very knowledgeable about what the good qualities and bad qualities in the house seem to be. He will be honest and factual with the condition of the homes. While touring the houses, Corey gives you ample time to look and discuss things as you please. I never felt rushed to make a decision or leave the home as soon as our walk through was complete. When considering a house he would always take the time to ask what you like and dislike about it and also give you his expertise on it, as well. When we decided we would put an offer in on a home, Corey also walked us through this process step by step. He explained everything to us and made it easily understandable. Corey would let us know what he thought an acceptable amount to offer was and negotiated with the sellers for us. His suggestions for other services that we needed (a loan officer, home inspection, etc.) always worked to the same standards that he did. Up until the closing on the house, we were in close contact with Corey and he was always checking in to see if we had any questions and how we were feeling. I can't say enough good things about Corey and how smoothly our home buying experience went. I highly recommend using Corey as your realtor, we certainly will in the future!!
