I live in another state from the house being sold which presented many challenges but Michael was able to assist me with the electronic forms and also represented our interests during inspections and at the closing. He kept me updated throughout the process, communicated effectively, and provided expert advice. A couple of issues were identified during the home inspections and he took care of them in short order so I didnt have to worry about them.
