ZillowVERIFIEDJohn Moses, our realtor, was kind, thoughtful and very helpful to us due to extenuating circumstances. My husband due to major illnesses, could not travel to Pittsburgh to help physically with the move. John saw that everything could be done electronically by computer with my son, who was taking care of him. I travelled back and forth every couple of weeks. While I was away from house in Pittsburgh. John would check on our house, [pool regularly. He always called or E mailed us to let us know what was next we to do, what to look out for on our computer and answered any questions. He would explain each step before it was to happen especially on new owners financial end and then on our end of sale. What to expect to do and when it must be completed by knowledge was very helpful to us. Because of him and his experience, our move was aEURoepainlessaEUR?, easy. We are very thankful to John for all he did to make our transition a smooth one, after living in our house for 54 years. My family and I have no problem with referring John, to anyone who needs a good person, wholl work for them, when selling a home.

ZillowVERIFIED John was by far the most knowlegable and professional realtor I ever dealt with. He's responsive and honest. And does not waste your time. He not only knows the specifics of the local area, he also knows the municipal individuals and how to interact with them to get things done. I highly recommend John.

ZillowVERIFIED John was an exceptional agent. Was extremely helpful with an out of state seller. He saved me several days of travel and time by being available for maintenance and inspections. He listed the house at noon, and we had a signed contract the same day. I would definitely use John again and I highly recommend him.

ZillowVERIFIED John previously helped me sell a home and did an incredible job. I knew when it came time to buy a new residence, John would be the best person for the job in this difficult housing market. John is who I have to thank for securing me my absolute dream home. He really went above and beyond to make it happen. There were many challenges and obstacles faced while negotiating with the buyer, which John helped me navigate. John was excellent at communication, and kept me in the loop at all times. I was never left wondering what was happening or what the next step would be. I cant say enough positive things and highly recommend working with John for both buying and selling a home!

ZillowVERIFIED John was absolutely amazing to work with. The words do not exist that can accurately describe just how helpful he was. We ran into a lot of surprises during the sale process and John was a rock that I leaned on. I had a lot of other things going on in my personal life and John was there for me every single step of the way. I also want to add the team behind him was super helpful and always readily available. The experience of selling my home was very hard personally/emotionally and I dont know that I could have got through it all without John. If you are looking to sell your home, John and his team will get it done for you without a doubt. 10/10 Highly recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED John was phenomenal! He was attentive to our requests and expertly guided us on what home repairs were necessary to help sell our own. He kept us informed regularly and always responded when we called, texted or emailed. We had offers after 12 hours on the market and sold by the first weekend.

ZillowVERIFIED We would like to highly recommend Realtor, John Moses to assist you when selling your home. He is a very professional and efficient man who goes above and beyond to get the job done. We couldn't ask for a more friendly and personable man. From the start he stepped in and made us feel so comfortable by taking on all the responsibility and worry of selling our home. His knowledge and explanation of the process was so appreciated. We were always kept up to date on everything. He checked on the property frequently and even shoveled the driveway 3 times with a smile!! What realtor would go to that length? Our home selling process went smooth and worry free thanks to him. The house had multiple offers and sold above listing price within 3 days. Not only did we have an awesome Realtor, we now have a great friend. Connie Coe and Wendy Rice

ZillowVERIFIED I bought and sold a home with Corey Kelly and he is exceptional. I really appreciated his guidance and expertise throughout the entire process. It was very easy to contact him and he always replied promptly. I don't think I would have been as successful selling my home if I had sold through someone else.

ZillowVERIFIED John was by far the best agent to work with for my first home sale! He made everything easy to understand, and made sure all of my questions were answered. John was great at communicating every step of the way, and was always willing to go above and beyond to make the process stress-free and simple. John was always one step ahead, and knew how to anticipate and plan for anything that may come up. As an added benefit, while working with John he would consult with his full Coldwell Banker team to get multiple opinions/insight on what may be best. John put a lot more time and effort into my home sale than I ever would have expected. My home sold extremely fast, and it could not have been a more enjoyable experience thanks to John!

ZillowVERIFIED John has now been our realtor for both the purchase of our new home and the sale of our former one this year. As our realtor, John employed many personal strengths and skills. He has an extensive background in construction and administration, and we learned to trust his expertise in the business of real estate. In both the purchase of our new home and the sale of our former one, John was consistently diligent, well-informed, helpful, friendly and communicative. He knew what to do, and he did it without delay. In both cases, we were surprised by how smoothly and quickly the entire process occurred. We have worked with other realtors through the years, and in our honest opinion, John Moses is the best we've seen. ~Irv and Karen Ray

ZillowVERIFIED Very honest and accessbile agents. They work well as a team and always responded to my questions quickly. They also made themselves available at a moments notice to show me homes. They have a lot of integrity which is hard to come by these days. They also reassured me with solid advice and guidance.

ZillowVERIFIED Outstanding husband and wife team who are very detailed oriented which is a trait that only a few agents possess. They have lived & worked in the greater Pittsburgh area which helps them understand their marketplace. Simply put, industry leader in their profession.
