Coldwell Banker Real estate group

She what is the best real estate agent shes available anytime the day you have a question . She is very knowledge, understanding thank you company through this process for same experience purchasing commercial property. Well done Mina !!!

Mina was so professional, knowledgeable, flexible with our time schedule and checking each and every thing in the listing to make sure the house meet our expectations. She was very patient and giving us update in a timely manner with all our questions; It was great to work with Mina for buying our first home, I would definitely recommend for your home purchase journey...

DO NOT USE HER. SHE DOES NOT HAVE YOUR BEST INTERESTS AT HEART. NOT ONLY SHOULD SHE NOT BE IN THE MOST TRUSTED IN An INTERNET SEARCH, SHE SHOULD BE LISTED UNDER THE WORST REAL ESTATE AGENTS. DO NOT USE HER. I'm from out of state looking for an investment property. I searched for most trustworthy real estate agents in Fort Wayne as I was buying a property. The search engine recommended her as an option. I searched what parts were the good parts of the 05 and explained to her I wanted property in these areas. Additionally I explained as a rental property I was looking for that 1% return. She put me on a property email list, I found a property I liked, and submitted for inspection and paid 2k as a down payment. She didnt not disclose that this property met neither of my requirements. I already put a 2k deposit down and walked away from the deal losing my 2k because she did not prequalify the property to meet the requirements I asked for.

Mina was just absolutely amazing and is very professional. She helped me and my husband buy our first home incredibly fast and with ease. Her communication was on the best and stayed on top of things. Mina is super responsive and knowledgeable in her field. Coming from knowing nothing, Mina was outstanding as showing us homes in our budget and what we could achieve. Her job was perfect from the start to the end of closing and receiving out brand new house keys. I love the way she explains all the steps easily and precisely where one can fully understand everything. She is a very wonderful human being and an outstanding real estate professional. Will ALWAYS recommend 100% to everyone and anyone!!!!! Thank you Mina for your help, we really appreciate all your hard work!

Mina was very professional and new the market well, got a reasonable offer after two open houses and closed quickly from there. The entire process was done via the computer and phone since I did not live in the city where the house was being sold. Overall a very easy process and I would use Mina and her team again if I have a house to buy/sell in the Fort Wayne market.
