ZillowVERIFIEDDO NOT USE HER. SHE DOES NOT HAVE YOUR BEST INTERESTS AT HEART. NOT ONLY SHOULD SHE NOT BE IN THE MOST TRUSTED IN An INTERNET SEARCH, SHE SHOULD BE LISTED UNDER THE WORST REAL ESTATE AGENTS. DO NOT USE HER. I'm from out of state looking for an investment property. I searched for most trustworthy real estate agents in Fort Wayne as I was buying a property. The search engine recommended her as an option. I searched what parts were the good parts of the 05 and explained to her I wanted property in these areas. Additionally I explained as a rental property I was looking for that 1% return. She put me on a property email list, I found a property I liked, and submitted for inspection and paid 2k as a down payment. She didnt not disclose that this property met neither of my requirements. I already put a 2k deposit down and walked away from the deal losing my 2k because she did not prequalify the property to meet the requirements I asked for.

ZillowVERIFIED Mina was very professional and new the market well, got a reasonable offer after two open houses and closed quickly from there. The entire process was done via the computer and phone since I did not live in the city where the house was being sold. Overall a very easy process and I would use Mina and her team again if I have a house to buy/sell in the Fort Wayne market.

ZillowVERIFIED Mina spent a LOT of time meeting with us in person on multiple occasions, and stayed in frequent touch texting, very quickly answering all our questions and gathering any information we requested. She was super friendly, positive, supportive, very knowledgeable and professional. We felt like we were in great hands and she treated us like members of the family. I would definitely recommend her to a friend, and would call her first in the future if we were ever in need of real estate services again. We feel blessed to have had her working on our behalf.

ZillowVERIFIED Mina did an excellent job of assisting us with the sale of our home. She was instrumental from the beginning to the end, helped in preparing the home, advised us along the way and was involved with the closing. She patiently addressed our concerns and guided us. She was knowledgeable about all aspects concerning sale of the home and communicated professionally. Additionally, she is very ethical in her dealings both with the buyer and us. ZillowVERIFIED This was a out of state purchase. Mina worked with my sister, who was my proxy, to view potential homes. Once the home was selected, Mina worked fast to facilitate the purchase and it was a smooth and relatively painless transaction. I would unreservedly recommend Mina as a trustworthy and competent realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Mina was extremely helpful in showing us houses. We're first time home buyers, and Mina guided us throughout the whole process. We started looking at homes right before COVID pandemic, and had to pause for a few months because of the pandemic. She was very patient with our questions and helped scheduled many house showings for us. We finally purchased a home after having some offers falling through, and learned a lot from Mina. We highly recommend her as a real estate agent.

ZillowVERIFIED I was referred to Mina Patel by a friend of mine who bought a house through her. Mina sold our house within 3 months. When we met initially, she took time to share her experience and asked us about ourselves in detail so we could both be on the same page as to what we were looking to accomplish and how. She listened, reviewed the house and gave clear suggestions to get the house ready for showing. I was also impressed by her constant marketing endeavor including doing several open house. She is firm when needed and understanding to our concerns as needed too. The whole process was seamless and easy on us. Will highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

ZillowVERIFIED We were VERY happy with the work that Mina did for us both on the purchase AND sale side. We were fortunate to hit the "sweet spot" in buying low and selling high by using her advice. Due to the fact that we were not in a big hurry to move out of our old home, it took over a year for us to find exactly what we wanted. At no time did we ever feel that we were a burden or being "too picky" in finding our downsized home. Mina was always more than willing to show us any home that we were interested in with great enthusiasm and honesty. She was always reachable within minutes it seemed via text message and was responsive to our questions. As my wife and I said at the end of the experience, we had not only met a realtor, but a new friend.

ZillowVERIFIED Mina was so good with "numbers". Meaning she knew what price would sell and what price would buy since we used her to buy a home and sell our old home. She also was so sweet. She was so easy to work with. She always responded immediately and with professionalism but with a sweetness I appreciated.
