Coldwell Banker Premier Group

Mitch was very helpful from beginning to end with helping me to make the right decisions. Be open to his advice to get the process going fast. I like that he used a professional photographer.

Fast to contract and smooth sailing until closing day. Mitch was with us every step of the way. He walked us through the pricing, how showings would work and helped us stage the house to sell.

Mitch was just excellent from start to finish with helping us purchase our Villa. He was very personable, responsive to our calls, and extremely knowledgeable about the buying/selling process. Highly recommend him and will use him again.

Mitch and Jennifer were very helpful and professional in our engagement. They have a good understanding of the market and systematically helped us in the home selling process Will definitely recommend them for their services.

Mitch and Jennifer Beuke were a pleasure to work with. They were professional, respectful, and honest. My mother had a short time frame to sell her Villa. Mitch showed up on day one with local sale prices, information on our competition and a though market analysis. Immediately after we chose him as our realtor, he blasted her Villa out to all of the social media and his networking groups. My mother was shocked and pleased when he sold her Villa within 4 days of putting it on the market. I would recommend Mitch and his team to anyone who is selling their house or condo.
