Mitch showed up on day one with local sale prices, information on our competition and a though market analysis. Immediately after we chose him as our realtor, he blasted her Villa out to all of the social media and his networking groups. My mother was shocked and pleased when he sold her Villa within 4 days of putting it on the market. I would recommend Mitch and his team to anyone who is selling their house or condo.

He also works quickly and is easily accessible, which is very important in the current real estate market! We had a unique buying experience due to COVID19/travel restrictions, and had to buy our house sight unseen. Mitch went to the inspections and videoed/photographed the home multiple times to give us all the information we requested. He was our eyes and did a great job relaying the pros and cons so we could make an educated decision. He exceeded all expectations and made our stressful experience an exciting one! ZillowVERIFIED Mitch did an exceptional job managing the sale of my parents home. My parents moved to a senior community after enjoying 30+ years in their home. To complicate the sale process the family was in various cities making regular and timely communication critical. In addition, that pushed more of the sale process leg work on Mitch. He stepped up in every aspect of the transaction. Mitch put together a thoughtful house valuation analysis and determined the best process to market the property. He then coordinated an estate sale and helped us clean out items no longer needed. We then did an assessment of what repairs/investments made sense to get the optimal sale price. Mitch had a ready to go network of contractors who provided high quality services in a timely fashion. Mitch proactively pushed the property via media tools and traditional open house. Bids were reviewed in a timely fashion and the contract negotiation process was smooth. Items that came up during the inspection were again handled by a team of contractors that quickly responded. The closing process was fast and smooth. Mitchs attention to detail and willingness to personally jump in on any aspect of the sale was simply above and beyond the call of duty.

ZillowVERIFIED Mitch was assigned by Bethesda Health Care to help us sell our house as we were moving into an apartment at Village North Retirement Community. He was very helpful and efficient in every way from getting the availability of the house to eventually getting a higher selling price than originally anticipated to getting some of the furniture moved to our new apartment and the rest sold or given to charitable organizations. He also helped get everything set up for the final signing of the sale contract in a very short period of time. I thought that I had already completed this part of the process. I guess I clicked the wrong button somewhere and thus need to do it again.
